The facility will offer riders a meticulously maintained motocross track for beginners to expert riders, and will also provide a dedicated pee-wee track. The land is privately owned; it is also specifically rezoned for the operation of an off-road vehicle park. The track will be groomed and watered on a regular basis. The trees while providing a scenic view, more importantly act as a natural barrier for dust and noise. The soil is a clay base but has an abundance of natural loam cover, which provides for easy grooming and incredible traction. Although the loam would make excellent potting soil, to ride in it is an unbelievable experience! Naturally formed berms and multiple line choices abound. The underlying clay is ideal for building jumps and other obstacles. Truck loads of sand have also been brought in to further improve on the track with even more sand coming. Being that there is 80 acres of land, other family-orientated activities will also be incorporated.
